Only employees have unescorted access to the Data Center 24x7. State-of-the-art palm scanners must be passed at all entry points and each cabinet is individually keyed. All customers who wish to access the data center rooms must be escorted by a PureGig employee. The facility is also monitored by closed circuit television systems.
